Support
Help with your signatures.
Signature Command helps teams create clean email signatures, position headshots and logos, export HTML, and install signatures into common email clients.
Contact
Email support@signaturecommand.com with the browser you are using, the email client you are installing into, and a short description of the issue.
Common setup checks
- Use owned or approved image assets for profile photos, logos, and campaign graphics.
- Preview on both light and dark email backgrounds before installing.
- Use the HTML export when your email client supports pasted rich signatures poorly.
- For team imports, confirm each CSV row has a name, role, email, and phone number before exporting.
Account and email help
- If a password reset email does not arrive, confirm you already created and confirmed a Signature Command account with that exact email address.
- Check spam, promotions, updates, and blocked sender settings for messages from Signature Command.
- If you just created an account, use the confirmation email first. Password reset links only work after the account exists.
- Use a strong password with 12 or more characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol.
Before contacting support
- Include the email client you are installing into, such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or Spark.
