Signature Command is designed to help you create, preview, and export email signatures. We collect only the information needed to provide the product and improve reliability.

Information you provide

• Account information such as email address and authentication records.
• Signature content such as names, roles, departments, phone numbers, websites, social links, disclaimers, and call-to-action links.
• Images or image URLs that you add for profile photos, logos, and campaign graphics.
• Support messages you send to us.

Local browser storage

The current app can store signature workspace data in your browser so you can keep editing without re-entering every field. Clearing browser storage may remove local draft data.

How we use information

• To provide signature editing, previews, exports, and account access.
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot errors.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, support, storage, and analytics when needed to operate the product.
